Rosewater and Cardamom Ice Cream

I think this is a mistake… albeit I can’t quite tell yet, the mixture is in the fridge cooling before I churn it, but its too potently fragrant, I can’t imagine freezing it will change that enough. Disaster… well, hopefully not quite, maybe N will like it, after all he liked the sound of rosewater and cardamom ice-cream. The rosewater is too pungent, I’m wondering if the rosewater I have is stronger than that used in this recipe.
