I feel that some procrastination baking may be soon to come, likely Saturday in the form of croissants. Procrastination baking is where I try the adventurous and time-consuming things that I would never otherwise try making.
Take for example my making a gingerbread house at Christmas, it took me all day, but was well worth it in the end, and it provided a nice revision break. Though the arrival of my little cousins meant that its destruction was swift (as it should be!). The recipe I used is this one. Its not the greatest gingerbread house in the world, but it worked!
